Founded in 1895, the Pioneer High School Orchestra Program has a long-standing tradition of excellence in music education. We’ve nurtured generations of students, helping them develop not just as musicians but as well-rounded individuals. Our program is known for its diverse repertoire, high-caliber performances, and its role in fostering a love of music that lasts a lifetime.

- 8 GRAMMY Awards from the GRAMMY In The Schools Program, including the title of “GRAMMY Signature School” two times.

Innovative Education & Programming:
- Pioneered multimedia performances during the pandemic, now adopted by over 500 schools in 94+ countries.
- Frequently highlight rising and underrepresented composers including original commissioned works
- Performed works from the traditional cannon wither period style.
- Founded by the legendary Elizabeth Green, our program has shaped the future of music education, producing generations of accomplished musicians and setting the standard for excellence in orchestral training.
